I just had my 2010 Buick Lacrosse into your shop for some work. It was an intermittent problem that was difficult to diagnose, but your people were able to find the problem and repair it. A part had to be shipped in from Detroit to complete the repair. During this time your service advisor, Bill Taylor, went out of his way to make sure I had transportation and was kept advised of all that was occurring during the repair. I cannot say enough nice things about Bill for all the help that he gave during this repair. You certainly have a very dedicated employee in this man. He is to be commended.

Just a note to tell you what a good experience my son and I had recently at your GM Service Department. The service advisor, Mike Gilbert, was very helpful and professional in the way he handled the repairs on my son's 2007 Saturn Aura. His car was due for a NYS Inspection, but the "Check Engine" light was on. After checking the problem, Mr. Gilbert informed us that a stretched timing chain caused sensors to go to a "Fault". Further checking by Mr. Gilbert, he found previous history showed similar timing chain problems had occurred, and this repair could be covered by the vehicle's extended warranty. This was good news for us. With all the Saturn dealers now closed, I told my son that Bill Rapp Service center is where he should bring his car for all future service needs, and he agreed fully! Mr. Gilbert and the service technicians exceeded our expectations and we thank them for their efforts. Our family still has two Pontiacs, my wife's 2006 Grand Prix, which she loves, and of course my 2002 Trans Am, which is now resting for the winter. We are proud to be a part of the Bill Rapp Family and thank you for your service department again for us.

I purchased my Subaru Outback from Bill Rapp Subaru last year. I just wanted to compliment your organization for the great service I received last Saturday. I had noticed the knob to adjust my mirrors had been pushed inside the dash somehow. I pulled into Subaru service Saturday morning just to see if they could take a look at it and advise me on what to do. They were so friendly. The service desk asked one of the technicians who was working on another car at the time to help out. He graciously came over, popped the side of the dash and quickly fixed the knob in a flash. That made my day.
